These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the JourneyStrength website and your participation in JourneyStrength gatherings, experiences, and other offerings.
JourneyStrength is operated by JourneyStrength LLC, an Ohio limited liability company.
By accessing or using the JourneyStrength website or participating in a JourneyStrength experience, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or participate in our services.
1. Using Our Website
You may use the JourneyStrength website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use the website to:
violate applicable laws or regulations;
infringe the rights of JourneyStrength or another person;

We may make reasonable changes to an event when necessary, including changes to the schedule, location, format, activities, or facilitators.
If we need to cancel an event or make a significant change, we will communicate the available options to registered participants.
Specific cancellation, refund, transfer, or rescheduling policies may apply to individual events and will be provided during registration or on the applicable event page.
4. Tickets and Registration
If an event requires registration or payment, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.
Tickets are intended for the person named during registration unless the applicable event terms allow transfers.
Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without our permission.
Payment and ticket transactions may be processed by third-party providers. Those providers may have their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
JourneyStrength is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate information provided during registration.
5. Participation and Community
JourneyStrength gatherings are designed to create space for reflection, conversation, and connection.
Participation in sharing, discussion, writing, movement, or other activities is voluntary. You are welcome to participate at a level that feels appropriate for you.
We ask participants to treat one another with respect and to help create an environment free from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or unwanted pressure.
JourneyStrength may ask a participant to leave an event if their behavior is disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.
Where permitted by applicable law and the applicable event policy, a participant who is removed from an event for inappropriate behavior may not be entitled to a refund.
JourneyStrength is not responsible for the statements, opinions, behavior, or actions of other participants.
6. Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions and participation in JourneyStrength experiences.
You should consider your own physical, emotional, dietary, accessibility, and other individual needs when deciding whether and how to participate.
If you have an accessibility, dietary, or other accommodation request, please contact us in advance where possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests when we can.
You are responsible for your personal belongings while participating in a JourneyStrength event or experience.
7. Reflection and Professional Disclaimer
JourneyStrength experiences are designed to encourage reflection, conversation, perspective, personal exploration, and connection.
They are not medical care, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
JourneyStrength does not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, professional, or other outcome from participating in an experience.
You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you and for seeking qualified professional support when needed.
8. Photography and Recording
JourneyStrength may photograph or record portions of gatherings and experiences for documentation, marketing, social media, website content, editorial purposes, and other JourneyStrength communications.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice about photography or recording at an event and obtain consent where required by applicable law.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please let a JourneyStrength team member know when you arrive or contact us before the event.
Where a specific event uses a separate photography, recording, or media release, that release may provide additional terms.
9. User-Submitted Content
You may have opportunities to voluntarily submit feedback, testimonials, photographs, videos, written responses, or other content to JourneyStrength.
You retain ownership of content you submit.
By voluntarily submitting content and giving JourneyStrength permission to use it, you grant JourneyStrength a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, publish, and share that content for JourneyStrength's marketing, editorial, educational, and promotional purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to JourneyStrength.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide any content you submit to us and that your submission does not knowingly violate another person's rights.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
JourneyStrength may use or link to third-party websites and services, including platforms for website hosting, email communications, event registration, ticketing, payment processing, analytics, and other services.
Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
JourneyStrength is not responsible for the availability, content, security, functionality, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the JourneyStrength website accurate and up to date.
However, we do not guarantee that the website or its content will always be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, or free from errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of another person.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to JourneyStrength, our website, our services, or applicable legal requirements.
